ORA-43878: LOB feature unsupported belowcompatible setting 11.2.0

Cause: An 11.2 LOB feature wasspecified when the database was operating at a

compatible setting lower than "11.2.0".

Action: Upgrade the databasecompatible setting to "11.2.0" or higher to enable

the desired new features.
