标题: ORA-44819: Execution of this WLM function is denied

ORA-44819: Execution of this WLM function isdenied

Cause: Either a WLM plan was beingloaded from another instance, or the strict

order of the PL/SQL calls for loading WLM plan was notfollowed.

Action: Check if another session isalso concurrently trying to load a WLM plan. If

that is not true, check the order in which you are makingthese PL/SQL calls to

load your WLM plan.
