ORA-44902: Too many steps in resolvingsymbolic link "string"

Cause: This error is raised when thesystem is unable to fully resolve a path with

symbolic links within a reasonable number of steps. Itcould be due to cycles in

definitions of symbolic links or very long chains ofsymbolic links to symbolic

links.

Action: Remove any cycles in symboliclink definitions. If there are no cycles,

reduce the length of chains of symbolic links to symboliclinks.
