ORA-45000: SecureFile feature unsupportedbelow compatible 11.2.0.0.0

Cause: An 11gR2 LOB feature wasspecified when the database was operating at a

compatible setting lower than 11.2.0.0.0.

Action: Upgrade the databasecompatible setting to 11.2.0.0.0 or higher to enable

the desired new features.
