ORA-46340: Command cannot have both BY<user-list> and IN SESSION

<session-information> clauses together

Cause: BY <user-list> clausewas supplied with IN SESSION

<session-information> clause in the command.

Action: Use either BY<user-list> or IN SESSION <session-information> clause.
