标题: ORA-37115: New OLAP API history is not allowed

Cause: If there are active OLAP APIsessions, it is not allowed to start a new

OLAP API history by setting _olapi_history_retentionparameter to true.

Action: Wait until all active OLAP APIsessions terminate before resetting _olapi_

history_retention parameter to true.
