标题: ORA-31607: function string is inconsistent
ORA-31607: function string is inconsistent with transform.
Cause: Either (1) FETCH_XMLwas called when the "DDL" transform was
specified, or (2) FETCH_DDL was called when the "DDL" transform wasomitted.
Action: Correct the program.
