ORA-36958: (XSFCAST26) The OFFSET value forcycle number cannot be greater

than the cycle's PERIODICITY, which is number. Youspecified number.

Cause: The OFFSET for a cycleexceeded the PERIODICITY for that cycle.

Action: Supply an OFFSET less than orequal to the PERODICITY for the

corresponding cycle.
