ORA-48109: invalid lock mode for filedescriptor, [string]

Cause: The lock mode associated withthe file descriptor was invalid in the

context of the routine.

Action: Verify that a file is nottrying to obtain multiple locks and that the file is

holding a lock when attempting to release the lock.
