ORA-48134: invalid file descriptor state foroperation, string, string, string

Cause: The state of the filedescriptor was invalid for the requested operation. An

example is that a file was opened for read, but a writeoperation to the file was

requested.

Action: Check the state of the filedescriptor and make sure it matches the

operation.
