标题: ORA-36861: (XSTFRC01) SQL Cache ID parameter is invalid or missing.

Cause: SQL Cache ID parameter isrequired to identify SQL cache to query

Action: Supply a valid SQL Cache ID.Normally, users should not call OLAP

Random Access Cursor table function themselves andtherefore should not

encounter this error.
