标题: ORA-48168: the ADR sub-system is not initialized

ORA-48168: the ADR sub-system is notinitialized

Cause: The ADR subsystem has not beeninitialized. The requested operation

cannot be performed.

Action: Check the usage of the call tothe ADR services. The ADR sub-system

must be initialized for the call to work.
