ORA-48172: unable to find a valid ADR base

Cause: Unable to find a valid ADRbase. We tried the ORACLE_BASE, ORACLE_

HOME, home, and tmp directories, but none of thedirectories exist for read/write

access.

Action: Check the validity of theORACLE_BASE, ORACLE_HOME, home, and

tmp directories.
