ORA-48173: error checking directory existenceduring ADR initialization [string]

Cause: Error encountered whenchecking directory existence during the

initialization of the ADR subsystem. Either the diag orproduct type directory does

not exist underneath the ADR base.

Action: The directory in the errormessage must exist in order for ADR

initialization to succeed. Make sure the directories exist.
