ORA-30929: ORDER SIBLINGS BY clause not allowed here
Cause: ORDER SIBLINGS BYclause is specifed in a query which doesn't have
CONNECT BY clause.
Action: Remove ORDER SIBLINGSBY clause or add CONNECT BY clause.
