ORA-36664: (XSDPART02) You must specify apartitioning method and one or more

partition dimensions when defining a PARTITIONTEMPLATE.

Cause: User tried to define aPARTITION TEMPLATE without a PARTITION BY

clause.

Action: Add a PARTITION BY clause.
