ORA-36410: (VCACHE03) 'number' is aninvalid value for the $VARCACHE

property. The only permissible values are'DEFAULT', 'SESSION', 'VARIABLE',

and 'NONE'.

Cause: The user tried to assign aninvalid value to the $VARCACHE property on

a variable

Action: Assign one of the valid values
