标题: ORA-30029: no active undo tablespace assigned
ORA-30029: no active undo tablespace assigned to instance
Cause: the current instancedoes not have an active undo tablespace assigned to
execute transactions.
Action: ask DBA to create anundo tablespace, online the undo tablespace and
then retry operation.
