ORA-53253: The metadata for the new DICOMobject is invalid.

Cause: The metadata for the new DICOMobject did not conform to the default

metadata schema (ordcmmd.xsd).

Action: Check the metadata argument toensure it has the correct namespace and

conforms to the default metadata schema (ordcmmd.xsd).See the Oracle
