ORA-53910: SQL error string.

Cause: An error occurred whenattempting to run a SQL command.

Action: If you are using a JDBCconnection string, ensure that the connection

string is valid. Check the user account to see if it islocked. Ensure that the listener

and the database server are running. And ensure that thesetDataModel() function

has been invoked before any other DICOM functions arecalled.
