标题: ORA-54516: adjacent outer rings of composite surface cannot be on same plane

ORA-54516: adjacent outer rings of compositesurface cannot be on same plane

Cause: The conditional flag was set,and a composite surface had at least two

outer rings sharing a common edge on the same plane.

Action: Change those outer rings intoone larger outer ring.
