ORA-54528: inner composite surfaces orsurfaces with inner ring(s) expected

Cause: An INNER_OUTER parameter toelement extractor was attempted on a

surface that was not simple or composite.

Action: Ensure that the etype of thegeometry for the INNER_OUTER parameter

to element extractor is ETYPE_SURFACE orETYPE_COMPOSITESURFACE.
