ORA-54611: INIT: either invalidbasetable/schema or they do not exist

Cause: The base table or schema, orboth, were invalid strings; or the base table

and schema combination did not exist.

Action: Ensure that the specified basetable exists in the specified schema before

performing the initialization operation.
