The HS can, if the agent vendor so chooses, perform extra processing on SQL
statements that contain implicit coercions or that contain coercion functionssuch
as TO_CHAR, TO_NUMBER or TO_DATE. This functionality is controlled by
coercion-related capabilities. HS logic reports this error when it encountersan
error in one of these capability definitions. Action: The capability tablesettings are controlled by the agent vendor and can be
modified by the DBA. Contact your DBA and agent vendor and get the correct set
of capabilities installed.
