标题: ORA-28262: global_context_pool_size has
ORA-28262: global_context_pool_size has invalid value.
Cause: Parameterglobal_context_pool_size has a value less than the minimum
required value (10K).
Action: Please specify avalue for the init.ora parameter global_context_pool_size
which is atleast 10k.
