ORA-55308: invalid time zone stringforlexical value string

Cause: The time zone of this lexicalvalue was invalid.

Action: Make sure that the lexicalvalue format is correct. If this error occurs

during bulk load from a staging table then this may be aninternal error. Contact

Oracle Support Services.
