ORA-55503: Mining finished without seeingspecified transactions

Cause: The SCN hit passed was notgood. The SCN hit may have come after the

start of any of the input transactions.

Action: Give a lesser and moreconservative SCN hint, with greater probability of

having seen the start of a transaction.
