ORA-55518: Mining across reset logs

Cause: Flashback Transaction Backoutcannot work with missing changes. This

error is thrown if we walk across a reset-logs branch,where we might have missed

changes.

Action: If the user knows that thetransaction happened in the current reset logs

branch, then the SCN-hint is possibly incorrect. Providean SCN in the current

reset log branch.
