ORA-55519: Supplemental logging not availablefor mining SCN range

Cause: Flashback Transaction cannotwork if there are regions in the mining range

where supplemental logging is not enabled.

Action: If you have provided aSCN/time hint which is approximate and far

beyond the specified transaction start time, thenreadjust the SCN hint and try

again. If the system has figured out the transactionstart time or you are sure of the

range, then the specified transaction cannot be backedout.
