ORA-27209: syntax error in device PARMS - unknown keyword or missing =
Cause: User-supplied PARMSvalue has incorrect syntax. The server expected to
find ENV or BLKSIZE, but found an unknown keyword.
Action: Retry the commandwith correct syntax: ENV=(..) BLKSIZE=nnnn
