ORA-56704: EXPLICIT consumer group mappingpriority must be set to 1

Cause: An attempt was made to set theEXPLICIT mapping priority to a value

other than 1.

Action: Set the mapping priorities tounique integers within the documented

range with the EXPLICT priority set to 1.
