标题: ORA-56728: SQL blocks cannot be nested

ORA-56728: SQL blocks cannot be nested

Cause: An attempt was made to startan SQL block using DBMS_RESOURCE_

MANAGER.BEGIN_SQL_BLOCK() while already inside an SQLblock.

Action: Close the existing SQL blockusing DBMS_RESOURCE_

MANAGER.BEGIN_SQL_BLOCK() or remove this call.
