ORA-26895: Setting parameter "string" of Streams process "string" is onlypermitted
for Oracle GoldenGate or XStream.
Cause: An attempt was madeto set a parameter that is only allowed for XStream.
Action: Oracle GoldenGatelicense is needed to use this parameter.
