ORA-56864: Master Diskmon "stringstring"operation cannot complete because of a

LIBCELL network error

Cause: A LIBCELL operation betweenMaster Diskmon and a CELL failed

because of a network error.

Action: Look in the $ORA_CRS_

HOME/log/<hostname>/diskmon/diskmon.log file for additionalerror

information.
