标题: ORA-26803: Subscribers have changed for queue
ORA-26803: Subscribers have changed for queue "string"."string".
Cause: The combined captureand apply optimization could not be used since the
subscribers had changed.
Action: Optimization can beused only if the queue has a single subscriber.
