标题: ORA-26800: Apply not the only subscriber
ORA-26800: Apply not the only subscriber for "string"."string".
Cause: The combined captureand apply optimization could not be used since
Apply was not the lone subscriber to the queue.
Action: Apply has to be theonly subscriber to the queue.
