标题: ORA-26564: string argument is not of specified
ORA-26564: string argument is not of specified type
Cause: User passed type ofthe given argument number doesn't match with the
type of the argument in the stored arguments.
Action: Invoke correct typeprocedure (i.e. get_XXX_arg)
