ORA-25502: concurrent ALTER SYSTEM QUIESCE/UNQUIESCE command is
running
Cause: There is a concurrentALTER SYSTEM QUIESCE RESTRICTED or ALTER
SYSTEM UNQUIESCE command running in the system.
Action: Contact the databaseadministrator who is responsible for the concurrent
command.
