标题: ORA-25295: Subscriber is not allowed to
ORA-25295: Subscriber is not allowed to dequeue buffered messages
Cause: Subscriber is onlyallowed to dequeue persistent messages
Action: Drop the subscriberand re-create it, or dequeue only persistent messages
for the subscriber
