标题: ORA-25253: listen failed, queue string.
ORA-25253: listen failed, queue string.string is not enabled for dequeue
Cause: An attempt was madeto specify a queue that is not enabled for dequeue
in a LISTEN call.
Action: Enable the queue fordequeue using START_QUEUE, and retry the
LISTEN call.
