标题: ORA-24902: invalid subscription name or name
ORA-24902: invalid subscription name or name-length in subscriptionhandle
Cause: The subscriptionhandle passed into the OCI call does not have a proper
name or name-length attribute.
Action: Please set the nameand name-length attributes using the OCIAttrSet()
call.
