标题: ORA-24754: cannot start new transaction with
ORA-24754: cannot start new transaction with an active transaction
Cause: An attempt to start anew transaction was made when there was an active
transaction.
Action: Commit, rollback ordetach the existing transaction before starting a new
transaction.
