ORA-24428: Sessions with SYSDBA privileges are not supported in thismode.
Cause: A session with SYSDBAprivileges was requested from a Session Pool
which does not support sessions with SYSDBA privileges.
Action: Do not specify modeOCI_SESSGET_SYSDBA.
