Cause: The cycle mark or thenon-cycle mark values specified in the CYCLE

clause of a recursive WITH query were not one bytecharacter string values as

required.

Action: Specify a one byte characterstring for the cycle mark and non-cycle mark

values of the CYCLE clause for the recursive WITH query.
