标题: ORA-24406: API mode switch is disallowed
ORA-24406: API mode switch is disallowed when a call is in progress.
Cause: A mode switch fromOCI8 to OCI7 was attempted in a callback.
Action: The user shouldperform the API mode switch either prior to initiating
the top call or after the main call is done.
