ORA-24360: Type Descriptor Object not specified for Object Bind/Define
Cause: Type DescriptorObject is a mandatory parameter for Object Types Binds
and Defines.
Action: Please invoke theOCIBindObject() or OCIDefineObject() call with a valid
Type Descriptor Object.
