ORA-24121: both cascade and a block range passed to DBMS_REPAIR.CHECK_
OBJECT procedure
Cause: Both cascade and ablock range were specified in a call to DBMS_
REPAIR.CHECK_OBJECT.
Action: Use either cascade ora block range, or do not use either one.
