标题: ORA-24050: subscribers are not supported
ORA-24050: subscribers are not supported for exception queue string
Cause: An ADD_SUBSCRIBER,ALTER_SUBSCRIBER, or REMOVE_
SUBSCRIBER procedure was issued on a queue that was created as an
EXCEPTION_QUEUE.
Action: Specify aNORMAL_QUEUE in the procedure.
