ORA-23446: duplicate template site
Cause: The template sitespecified by the site name, user name and refresh group
template name already exists.
ORA-19999 toORA-24279 15-51
Action: Correct the invalidparameter and execute the procedure again. Use the
DBA_REPCAT_TEMPLATE_SITES view to query the existing template sites.
