ORA-23406: insufficient privileges on user "string"
Cause: The caller is not theowner of the materialized view and does not have
ALTER ANY MATERIALIZED VIEW privileges.
Action: Perform the operationas the owner of the materialized view or as a user
with ALTER ANY MATERIALIZED VIEW privileges.
